Membership Agreement

01. Android purchases

This agreement applies to Cotiva memberships and coin purchases made through Google Play on Android. Read it together with the selected offer and Google Play purchase confirmation before confirming a payment.

02. Eligibility and scope

Paid features are available only to users aged 18 or older who can legally enter into this agreement. This agreement supplements the Terms of Use. The Privacy Policy explains the related information practices.

03. Plans and benefits

Membership offers may include weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly periods where available. The app and Google Play confirmation identify the price, billing period and included benefits for the offer you select. Do not assume that all features or coin-based actions are included in membership unless the offer expressly states this.

Any bonus coins, promotional benefit or trial must be described in the particular offer. No trial or specific bonus is promised by this agreement.

04. Payment and renewal

Purchases on Android are processed through Google Play. For an automatically renewing subscription, recurring charges and renewal conditions are those shown at checkout. An eligible prepaid or non-renewing offer, if available, follows its displayed terms instead. Applicable price changes and required notices are handled under Google Play rules and applicable law.

05. Cancellation

You can manage or cancel an automatically renewing subscription through Google Play subscriptions. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future renewals. Access generally continues for the remainder of the paid period, subject to the applicable offer and any refund.

Uninstalling Cotiva or clearing local app data does not cancel a subscription. For current platform instructions, see Google Play’s subscription guidance.

06. Coins and consumable purchases

Coin packs are separate, one-time purchases unless an offer explicitly states otherwise. The app shows the coin quantity, price and any applicable bonus before confirmation. Coins may be spent on eligible in-app features at the cost displayed when you use them.

Coins are virtual items for use only within Cotiva. They have no cash redemption value and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged outside the app. Used coins are consumed when the related feature is provided, subject to any remedy required by law. Membership cancellation does not itself request a refund for a coin pack.

07. Refunds and purchase issues

Refund eligibility depends on Google Play’s applicable policies and the consumer laws that apply to your purchase. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights. Review Google Play’s refund policies for the applicable process.

If a confirmed purchase does not deliver the stated benefits, contact Cotiva support with your app user ID and relevant purchase information. Do not send full payment credentials.

08. Changes and contact
